If you are here… then you like to read. Most of us have been reading since we were young children. Our minds have gotten better since maturing into adulthood, but sadly… our bodies haven’t. If you are over the age of 45 and you are reading this, more than likely you aren’t in the same shape you were once in at 25. More than likely you are not wearing the same size pants (in the waistline) as you did 20 years ago.
We have a choice, we can just sit back and do nothing… or we can get back out there and reclaim at least some of our youth.
